What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Moschato. In this role, you will be responsible for handling order processing, coordinating with customers and forwarders, and managing invoices. You will also maintain accurate records in SAP and Nemo to optimize logistics processes and ensure smooth shipping operations.
In this role you will:
- Process and manage orders in SAP and Nemo
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders and reconcile invoices
- Enter and maintain data on hardware associations with vessels and customers
- Prepare draft invoices, credit notes, and delivery documents in SAP
- Ensure accurate documentation and interdepartmental communication
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Some experience in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain Management or shipping coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (C1-C2)
Great to have:
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation (AWB, Bill of Lading, etc.)
- Prior experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) in a logistics environment
- Experience in process optimization and workflow automation for logistics
