Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an Shutdown Coordinator for a project based in Guardia Perticara for Tempa Rossa Site.

Scope of work: Shutdown Coordinator assists the Head of Maintenance in preparing and executing shutdowns lasting over a week.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • In coordination with the Contract and Procurement department, organizes pre-selection of contractors, drafting calls for tender, technical and commercial adjustments, and participates in the final selection of contractors.
  • Support FFSD manager in spare parts demand, check availability in the warehouse, proceed with specific purchase orders whenever required.
  • Acknowledge HSE objectives for the shutdown from the FFSD manager.
  • Proposes and coordinates updates to site procedures for shutdown, drafting any missing or specific procedures.
  • Collect HSE procedures, MoS prepared by contractors, JRAs related to each complex to prepare dedicated dossier.
  • Ensures contractors are informed of and comply with HSE rules.
  • Participates in safety audits during shutdowns and implements corrective actions.
  • Consults with experts to assess the relevance of requested work.
  • In coordination with the Contract and Procurement department, organizes pre-selection of contractors, drafting calls for tender, technical and commercial adjustments, and participates in the final selection of contractors.
  • Define with FFSD manager the scope of work.
  • Prepare detailed planning for the SoW defined with optimization of time schedule and resources.
  • Manage optimized plan and prepare co-activities matrix.
  • Organizes and coordinates work definition meetings and drafts and circulates minutes.
  • Coordinates preparation for all shutdown activities (Maintenance, New Construction, and Projects).
  • Organizes technical files and practical preparation, including logistics and infrastructures, for all aspects of the shutdown.
  • Proposes the shutdown budget, ensuring that the best technical and economic solutions are chosen, and reports to line management and the Steering Committee.
  • Manages the shutdown documentation to ensure it is efficient and accurate. This documentation will be filed after the shutdown.
  • Support FFSD manager in drafting REX.

Requirements

  • An engineer or equivalent with extensive experience in Maintenance, Field Operations, or Project Management within the Oil Industry.
  • Possesses analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, initiative, communication abilities, and teamwork.
  • Well-versed in discipline technical rules and international standards in the field.
  • Good skills in contracts and budget management.
  • Good knowledge of planning technic and associated tools and software (Primavera).
  • Very good in reporting and attention to details.
  • Fluency in English/Italian.
