Sitecore Solutions Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 18 to 22 years of expertise in Sitecore technologies and Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The role involves designing and implementing robust solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and related technologies. This hybrid position requires a deep understanding of Sitecore workflows integration and administration to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Sitecore solutions to meet business requirements in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
• Oversee the integration of Sitecore with Active Directory to ensure seamless user management and authentication.
• Provide technical expertise in Sitecore core development to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
• Manage Sitecore administration tasks to maintain system stability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Sitecore solutions with business objectives and strategies.
• Develop and maintain Sitecore workflows to optimize content management processes.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of Sitecore solutions to support business growth and transformation.
• Conduct regular assessments of Sitecore environments to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Implement best practices for Sitecore development and administration to enhance system efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the user experience and operational effectiveness.
• Support the hybrid work model by facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging Sitecore technologies to recommend future enhancements.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Sitecore XM Cloud and related technologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Sitecore workflows and integration with Active Directory.
• Exhibit strong skills in Sitecore core development and administration.
• Have a deep understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

Sitecore Certified Professional Developer Certified Insurance Industry Professional.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,500/Year to $141,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
