Job Summary

  • As a Subject Matter Expert Digital Marketing / Coordinator [Korean Speaker] you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for The Client titles.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute The Client campaigns for the biggest global and local titles as well as various smaller earned and owned title
  • You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies as well as internal local and global stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns
  • Has knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV trailers digital social print and out-of-home).
  • Is a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends
  • Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Written and Verbal fluency in both English and Korean [TOPIK L5 / L6]
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrate strong judgment and leadership in the face of ambiguity.
  • A curious mind that can help us establish innovative ways of optimizing workflows
  • Native understanding of Korea markets combined with the skills to tell compelling stories for the market through budget-agnostic ideas
  • Deep knowledge of pop culture having invested thousands of hours consuming content. Someone truly passionate about entertainment capable of extracting powerful communication insights from our original content
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Clear communication that keeps teams accountable vs just relaying information from point A to point B
  • Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced multifaceted environment
  • Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive actionable feedback to and from colleagues
