Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Architecture, Python and Snowflake. This role involves designing and implementing robust data solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will contribute to enhancing our data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data management and supporting application domains.

Role and Responsibilities:

Ø Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions to meet business needs.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems.

Ø Develop and maintain data pipelines and develop stored procs using Snowflake and Python.

Ø Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with industry standards.

Ø Optimize data processes for performance and efficiency.

Ø Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

Ø Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for business improvement.

Ø Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Ø Create and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes.

Ø Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Ø Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance data capabilities.

Ø Support application domains with data-related solutions and troubleshooting.

Ø Monitor and improve data quality and governance practices.

Required Experience:

Ø Possess strong expertise in Data Architecture and Python programming.

Ø AWS Cloud Experience is good to have.

Ø Hands on experience writing complex stored procedures using SnowSQL.

Ø Redwood or Any Orchestration tool experience is good to have.

Ø Possess strong expertise in Data Architecture and Python programming.

Ø Demonstrate proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.

Ø Have experience in application support within data-driven environments.

Ø Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ø Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Ø Display excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ø Have a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.

Certifications Required

Ø Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Snowflake SnowPro Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applicants will be accepted till 9/30/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $115K-$135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
