    • Write engaging, brand-aligned captions
    • Edit and manage short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Reels)
    • Contribute creative ideas during team marketing meetings
  • Influencer Marketing & UGC
    • Coordinate outreach and manage influencer/creator campaigns
    • Maintain tracking of influencer activities and campaign performance
    • Curate and repurpose influencer and user-generated content
  • Video Editing
    • Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Canva or equivalent
    • Optimize videos for various platforms and audiences
  • Brand & PR Support
    • Coordinate with internal and external partners on brand initiatives
    • Assist in planning and executing events or activations
    • Support PR and retail marketing campaigns when needed
  • Project Coordination
    • Utilize Google Workspace for internal collaboration
    • Help implement project management workflows (potentially in Notion)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or brand support
  • Proficient with tools such as:
    • Influencer marketing platforms (e.g., HypeAuditor or similar)
    • Video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Canva or alternatives)
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Experience managing content calendars and social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with UGC trends and creator-led marketing

Bonus: Background in consumer products, lifestyle, or emerging industries (e.g., wellness, sustainability, tech, etc.)
