Remote VA PH is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a flair for writing original content—particularly within the construction and multifamily real estate space. If you know how to capture attention with scroll-worthy posts and keep content pipelines running smoothly, we’d love to work with you!
Responsibilities:
- Writing engaging, industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram (with a strong understanding of real estate/construction tone and audience)
- Creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with the team to align messaging with brand goals
- Setting up, maintaining, and continually improving Airtable systems to manage content and workflows efficiently
- Keeping up with trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with our audience
Requirements
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content
- Knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement
- Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Can start ASAP & comfortable working with a time tracker.
