A great opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

You will:

  • Manage social media communication, ensuring timely responses and compliance with support standards.
  • Monitor conversations for issues or bugs and escalate as needed.
  • Create and post engaging content using blog and banner highlights.
  • Track engagement and report on social media performance.

Requirements

You are:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
  • Excellent written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle social media inquiries politely and diligently, redirecting customers to the appropriate support channels when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
