Your mission
At UiPath’s Dedicated and Scale Engineering Team, you’ll be working at the foundation of our cloud platform, building the systems that allow us to scale with speed, security, and reliability. Our mandate spans two critical dimensions of growth: enabling dedicated cloud instances for marquee enterprise customers with highly specialized requirements, and scaling our SaaS offering seamlessly across geographies to serve a rapidly expanding global customer base.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Engineer the automation and infrastructure systems that make scale possible across dedicated offerings and automation cloud

  • Design and implement engineering systems for automation of provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management of cloud resources, ensuring that services can depend on well-defined, stable interfaces

  • Provides the centralized scale-out capabilities necessary for a resilient and globally distributed platform

  • Ensure all cloud deliverables meet quality, security, scalability, and reliability requirements

  • Establish effective cloud engineering practices and maintain code quality standards

  • Identify performance bottlenecks in cloud services and develop solutions to address these issues

  • Contribute to cloud feature planning and system component design for the team roadmap

  • Build well-tested, high-quality cloud infrastructure code that exceeds customer expectations

What you'll bring to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Kubernetes, K8s operators and controllers

  • Experience working with CNCF projects such as istio

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience using high-level programming languages (Like C#, Java, Python, Go etc.)

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns

  • Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms

  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency with Go, .NET and C#

  • Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred, AWS, or GCP)

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular, JavaScript, or XAML

Compensation Range: $139.8K - $170K
