Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Javascript).
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
  • 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Experience writing high-quality code.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable, reliable, and high-quality features that enrich Filestore's offering to customers.
  • Design, implement, test, integrate, coordinate, lead, communicate, and launch key deliverables.
  • Conduct design reviews and code reviews, and collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the team to help make things happen together.
  • Foster and nourish best practices for engineering excellence.
  • Initiate and identify areas for product improvement and work with stakeholders to get them staffed.
