- Experience with APIs and SDKs.
- Experience in problem-solving and technical innovation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create external developer facing APIs and underlying infrastructure.
- Identify, deliver, and land critical user journeys.
- Measure and monitor the impact of various features across the business communication ecosystem.
- Create better user experience by fixing critical bugs/issues raised by external developers (e.g., partners).
- Work with product managers, UX, developer relations, support, and engineering leads to deliver product/system metrics to help understand various nuances of the product.
