- Build and lead an engineering team in Taiwan, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to your team, guiding them in designing and implementing solutions.
- Develop talent, providing career guidance and ensure that the team members grow.
- Partner with external hardware and media partners, as well as internal Engineering teams across Asia and North America.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve team processes and improve collaboration with both internal and external partners.
