Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of approved solutions.
• Offer training sessions and ongoing support to clients post-implementation to maximize their experience and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and best practices to provide clients with insightful recommendations.
• Document all client interactions, project specifications, and deliverable results for transparency and follow-up.
• Provide continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to keep them informed and engaged.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proven experience in solutions consulting or a similar role with a strong focus on client engagement.
• Solid understanding of solution delivery processes and architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new workplace environment.
• Relevant certifications in consulting or project management are advantageous.
