About the role

As a Spanish Content Creation – Team Lead | Analista Pleno, you will make an impact by leading and mentoring a team to develop compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences across Latin America and Spain. You will be a valued member of the Creative Excellence (Carbon) team and work collaboratively with clients, international stakeholders, and cross-functional creative teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

- Team Leadership & Mentorship:

o Lead, manage, and inspire a creative team to produce high-quality advertising content.

- Creative Direction:

o Guide the transformation of brand concepts into impactful campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.

- Ad Creation Oversight:

o Ensure the development of compelling text and image-based ads tailored for Spanish-speaking audiences.

- Quality Assurance:

o Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to uphold high standards of creative output.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate effectively with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Advanced Spanish and English

· Strong Creative Skills

· Expertise in copywriting and visual communication is crucial.

· Leadership background

· Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a creative team.

· Market & Technical Knowledge

· Background in Spanish market advertising and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for project tracking.
