Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding airline services, policies, and promotional offers.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and keep detailed reports.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date on airline industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
