Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers seeking automotive services and support.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle services, maintenance, and product offerings.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and ensuring they are aware of the services provided.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and a strong customer satisfaction focus.
- Educate customers on service options, warranties, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.
- Knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and telephone systems.
