Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end B2B integration projects with clients, ensuring solutions are deployed successfully and on time.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique integration needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct technical meetings with Spanish-speaking clients to discuss integration requirements and specifications.
  • Design and implement integration processes, including data mapping and transformation tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze integration performance, swiftly addressing any issues that arise.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients after the integration process is complete.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and achieved.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B integrations, ideally in a technical or client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and standards, such as API, EDI, and XML.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
  • A proactive team player with a collaborative approach.
