Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business processes and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the support system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer suggestions to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM systems or support software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service is required.
