Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business processes and effective communication.
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the support system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer suggestions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM systems or support software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service is required.
