Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist clients with product inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Educate clients about our services and how to maximize their use.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
