Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.

- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
