Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with focused and tailored support.
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve client complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate clients on products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with corporate products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
