Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns.

- Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive customer service environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools is a plus.
