Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with their inquiries and provide support.
  • Deliver outstanding service by fully understanding customer needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer happiness and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on products and services to provide relevant assistance to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to help drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technology is advantageous.
