Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Deliver superb service by understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer happiness and improve service quality.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide relevant support to customers.
  • Collect customer feedback to help drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer care and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to finding solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
