- Stay informed on product updates and company initiatives to effectively support customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a specialized role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
