This remote role based in Greece allows you to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to innovative technology products and services. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support in Spanish for inquiries pertaining to technology products.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Provide information on product features, services, and account management.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product developments and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude with a desire to learn about innovative products and services.
- Familiarity with customer support software or helpdesk systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
