Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Resolve issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the streaming service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in tech or entertainment is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in online streaming services and technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial.
