Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Resolve issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of the streaming service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in tech or entertainment is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in online streaming services and technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial.
