Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and service options.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers about available travel options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of travel destinations.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
