Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and service options.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate customers about available travel options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of travel destinations.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
