- Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in Spanish.
- Engage with customers by providing quick and accurate information regarding products and services.

- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and facilitate appropriate responses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records for reporting.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or social media management is preferred.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication trends.
