Your strong communication skills and understanding of e-commerce operations will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and payment issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure proactive follow-up.
  • Educate customers about products, promotions, and the overall shopping process.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is a plus.
