Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce inquiries.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and payment issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure proactive follow-up.
- Educate customers about products, promotions, and the overall shopping process.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or customer support is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is a plus.
