Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality email support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues based on customer requests and feedback.
- Effectively communicate solutions and instructions to help customers resolve their concerns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support quality and address recurring issues.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong writing and communication skills for effective email correspondence.
- Previous experience in customer support or a relevant email support role is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with customer support tools, email systems, or CRM software is a plus.
