Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional end-user support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and applications efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Stay informed about product updates to assist customers effectively.
- Assist in improving internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service or IT support is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A team player with the capability to work independently.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is an asset.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
