Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding end-user support to Spanish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and applications effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed documentation of support requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Stay informed about product updates to assist customers with confidence.
- Contribute to improving internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with the capability to work independently.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is an asset.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
