Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software applications, and networking.
- Guide users through problem-solving processes and provide instructions for resolving issues.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the service management system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Passion for technology and dedication to assisting end-users is essential.
