In this role, you will be the key contact for our Spanish-speaking enterprise clients, dedicated to understanding their unique challenges and providing customized solutions that enhance their operational effectiveness. Your role is instrumental in fostering strong relationships and ensuring client success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish-speaking enterprise clients to identify their needs and business goals
- Deliver tailored consultancy and solutions that address specific client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently
- Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
- Stay informed of industry trends to offer relevant insights and advice to clients
- Work closely with team members to improve service offerings and client experiences
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in consulting or account management, especially with enterprise clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Experience in assessing client needs and delivering effective solutions
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent follow-up practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
- A proactive, client-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service
- A passion for building strong client relationships and supporting their business objectives
