Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to entertainment services, including events, bookings, and ticketing.
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to bookings and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and events to provide relevant information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or the entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A passion for entertainment and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management tools is advantageous.
