Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to entertainment services, including events, bookings, and ticketing.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues related to bookings and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and events to provide relevant information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or the entertainment industry is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for entertainment and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management tools is advantageous.
