Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels
- Address inquiries regarding products, sizes, availability, and order tracking

- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service, especially within the fashion or retail sector
