Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Offer personalized fashion advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share fashion insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • A strong interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends is a must.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
