Responsibilities
- Monitor chat activities to ensure compliance with community standards during gameplay
- Engage with players in Spanish, responding to their inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment
- Identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content effectively and promptly
- Provide management with insights on chat trends and player interactions
- Work with team members to enhance chat moderation approaches
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on gaming industry standards
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- A strong interest in gaming and understanding of online gaming communities
- Previous experience in moderation or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with players effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and capability to handle challenging situations
- Basic technical proficiency in navigating online platforms
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for building community engagement
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
