You will be responsible for managing community inquiries, resolving issues related to gameplay, and facilitating communication between players and development teams. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking players through various communication channels, including forums, social media, and customer service platforms.
- Address gameplay inquiries, technical issues, and community feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with the gaming community to foster a positive atmosphere and encourage player interaction.
- Collaborate with the game development team to relay community insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of game features, updates, and community guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Document interactions and report recurring issues to help enhance the overall gaming experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for community engagement.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities and trends.
- Previous experience in customer support or community management is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficient in using social media and various customer support tools.
