Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking gamers.
  • Engage with the community by monitoring discussions on social media and forums.
  • Assist users with questions related to games, accounts, and technical challenges.
  • Collect user feedback and suggest enhancements to improve their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with game developments and community trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level) and proficient English skills.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming cultures.
  • Experience in customer service or community management is highly preferred.
