Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to Spanish-speaking gamers, addressing inquiries and enhancing their gaming experience.
- Troubleshoot gaming-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Educate players on game features, updates, and community engagement.
- Document and track player interactions and feedback accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to relay player suggestions and insights.
- Promote a positive gaming environment by encouraging respectful and productive communication among players.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for gaming culture.
- Prior experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- An avid gamer with a solid understanding of popular gaming platforms and titles.
- Proficiency in using customer support and chat tools is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak gaming times.
