Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking users for health technology products through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to software and hardware used in health tech.
- Guide customers through product features and best practices to optimize their user experience.
- Document all customer interactions and support solutions in our system with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report recurring issues and provide user feedback for enhancements.
- Stay updated on trends in health technology to provide informed and relevant support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in technical support, preferably within a health tech environment, is strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is beneficial.
