Responsibilities

  • Offer top-notch helpdesk support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to users to enhance their experience with our offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about product updates and provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
