Responsibilities
- Offer top-notch helpdesk support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to users to enhance their experience with our offerings.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about product updates and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
