Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-game support to Spanish-speaking players via chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve in-game issues including account problems, technical glitches, and gameplay inquiries.
- Monitor player feedback and identify recurring issues to enhance the gaming experience.
- Document all interactions and solutions provided to maintain accurate support records.
- Collaborate with game developers and product teams to relay player insights and improve game quality.
- Stay updated on game features, updates, and industry trends to assist players effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer support or gaming support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for gaming.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and community engagement is advantageous.
