In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional in-game support to Spanish-speaking players. You will troubleshoot issues, address player inquiries, and contribute to enhancing the overall gaming experience through your support.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-game support to Spanish-speaking players through chat and email communications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve gameplay issues, account problems, and technical inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of player interactions and solutions within the support system.
- Work closely with game developers and other support personnel to escalate and tackle complex player issues.
- Interact with the gaming community, offering guidance and sharing best practices.
- Stay informed about game developments, updates, and community trends to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming support is advantageous.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for gaming.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and general technical support practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional player experiences.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
