Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to Spanish-speaking gamers via live chat, ensuring a friendly and engaging interaction.
- Troubleshoot various gaming-related queries including gameplay, account issues, and technical problems.
- Educate players on game features, updates, and community guidelines.
- Document player interactions and feedback accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to relay player suggestions and concerns.
- Foster a positive online community by promoting respectful communication among players.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for gaming culture.
- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- A genuine interest in gaming with knowledge of popular gaming titles and platforms is important.
- Proficiency with live chat tools and customer support software is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak gaming times.
