Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and managing complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Guide customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product offerings.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve services and processes.
- Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, product information, and industry developments to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or marketplace operations is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
