Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding mobile support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices.

- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile technology and support practices.

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- A strong passion for technology, specifically in mobile applications and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must have a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
