Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional mobile support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in mobile technology.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your expertise and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
  • A strong interest in technology, especially in mobile applications and devices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must have a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
