Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional mobile support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in mobile technology.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your expertise and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- A strong interest in technology, especially in mobile applications and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must have a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
