Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Spanish and additional languages as required
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services offered
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to guarantee positive outcomes
- Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of customer support
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems is a plus
